Sharon Paskell - Retail Manager Sharon ,as the Retail Manager, runs the shop and specialises in the medication and nutrition of horses. Sarah Ford - Retail Assistant I enjoy working in the saddlery and I feel the best thing about the place is the people, who make you feel comfortable and important, whether you are riding here, or visit the saddlery as a horse owner. I hope to always offer a smile and the best advice I can to our customers. Three years ago, I started riding again, after a 25 year break. I own a Haflinger and loan a 26 year old cob and have three children, so I'm well placed to offer assistance on what to buy, especially when parents or unwitting husbands come to us in search of a gift! You will find a friendly welcome awaiting you in our large and well-stocked Saddlery which is open 7 days a week. The tack shop also boasts a Coffee House, with seating overlooking the indoor school and shop itself. Willow Farm’s Saddlery store offers one of the most comprehensive ranges of equestrian products in the South East for horse and rider, including this season’s clothing ranges from all the leading brands. If you can’t make it to our shop in person, all our products are also available to order through our on line shop. Our knowledgeable staff will be happy to advise you on your purchases, and we are happy to order in if necessary.
Our annual rug sale is always popular, and this year it will once again be held over 3 days, if you want a great bargain then why not come along during the sale? Dates will be shown on the front page of the website. If you have rugs, but they need a little attention, then bring them along to our brand new, state of the art washing machine. We offer a wash, reproof and repair service. Rugs do not leave the premises and our customers are delighted with the standard of cleanliness and workmanship we offer.
The shop is open 7 days a week on Sunday and Monday from 10 – 4 , and Tuesday to Saturday from 9 -5. the Riding School is open very day except Monday (a good day to hire out the indoor arena). All revenues generated are used to support our rescue horses, many of whom are unable to work any more due to their age or physical issues. They spend their retirement munching in our paddocks, but obviously they all need regular treatments from the farrier and the dentist and even the worming bill can be extreme for over 60 horses!
