Grass livery

The bare essentials; hay is provided in the fields when grass is at a minimum, and is available on the yard when grass liveries are in for grooming and riding. The Gold option offers a daily checking service, if you are unable to visit on a daily basis.

DIY (Do It Yourself)

Gold and Silver available. You are designated a stable in our new block and we provide all bedding, hay & feed (bedding is rubber matting plus shavings layer* - feed must be included in our usual range on site).

Other services can be paid for in advance - such as bringing in and holding for the farrier, feeding etc. Some of these services are included in the 'Gold' option.

** Please note, shavings in stables are there to soak up waste only - if you wish to keep your horse on a deep bed, you will be required to dispose of your manure.

Part or Assisted livery

Can be negotiated on a day by day basis, for example a horse on Full Livery (silver) for 3 days and DIY(Gold) for 4 days would be £70 per week. As with DIY all hay, feed and bedding is included, so you have no extra costs.

Working Livery

At the discretion of Willow Farm Yard Manager.

Should your horse prove suitable you are not required to care for the day to day welfare of the horse - we do that! If you want to ride, however, this is up to you, and we request that you give us notice, so we can ensure your horse or pony is not booked in for a lesson when you would like to ride them. Gold livery includes a designated stable and all care. Silver equates to grass livery but includes feed etc. as required. We prefer to discuss this livery on an individual basis.

Full livery

Full livery includes all mucking out, feeding, rug changing, turning out, bringing in and general care 7 days per week. Suitable for owners who are unable to commit time-wise to their horse, the Gold option includes 2 exercise or schooling sessions.
